- Appointing Edgar Aveling Green and Charles Caesar Hawkins executors and trustees and leaving them £200. - Giving all property to trustees upon trust for sister Mary Hamilton Green for her life and after her deceased upon trust to invest or collect and pay the following legacies: £200 to nephews and nieces the children of my brothers Lingard Charles & Frederic; £300 to Godchildren Mildred Hollingworth & Mabel Stuart Williams; residue to all nephews and nieces. - If possessed of my freehold estate at Eversholt, Beds known as Berrystead at death then trustees should offer estate to nephew Charles Dymore Green for £5000 otherwise realise the same in the manner they believe fit.
