Reciting: - Will of John Thomas Green dated 10th Nov 1900 whereby (i) and William Samuel Smith were appointed executors. - John Thomas Green died on the 28th Dec 1904 (will proved at Northampton District Probate Registry on the 8th Mar 1905). - William Samuel Smith died on the 21st Dec 1905. Operative: - In consideration of £19/5/- (i) conveys (a) to (ii). Property: (See attached plan) (a) Strip of land at Marston Moretaine of 34 and a half poles. Bounded on S by road from Marston to Shelton [Beancroft Road] and E by road from Woburn to Bedford [Bedford Road]. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii). Witnessed by Charles Herbert, clerk to (i), solicitor of Woburn.
