To wife Eme and son William his lease of the water he has of Lord Bray, together with all the fishing nets and the other "gynnes" and a boat, all to go to his son after his wife's death. All goods to go to his wife Eme and son William and daughter Jane, to be divided between them, his wife to have the first choice, his daughter the second, and his son the third, the goods having been divided into 3 parts by 4 "indifferent" persons. Children's goods to be given them on the day of their marriage. Executors his wife Eme and his son William. Witnesses sir Richard Hobkynges, Persyvall Hogeson, Jone Hamont.
