Folio 139d William Wakefild of Henlowe made 23 July 1541, proved 10 Feb. 1542/3. Burial in the church yard of Henlow; to the mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar 4d.; to be divided among poor folk 6s. 8d.. Residue to his wife Margret for her keep for her life. On his wife's death half of his goods to his son Henry "to bestowe the one parte of all my gooddes in dedes of charite". The other half of his goods to be divided equally between his sons John and Lawrens. Executors his wife Margret and his son Henry. Witnesses sir William Gardner, Robert Oste, Richard Fortyne, William Huckell.
