To his mother Benet Pond 2 horses (one called Symme, the other the worst horse), a pied cow and half of testator's crop. Wife Jone is to have the other half of the crop, a cow and 2 horses. To son Patrycke 2 ox bullocks, 11 sheep and a lamb. To brother Henry Pond 3 acres of land lying in the Fleytt. To brother Edmund Pond 3 half acres in Clay furlong. To German Kyrke two roods of land on the Downes, a half acre behind Knightes, 2 roods beyond Chawdwell. Testator owes his curate sir Patricke Lynton 5s.. To a man of Crowley 2s. 6d..
