    Folio 113d James Kyrke of Tyngreve made 8 Oct. 1541, pr. 16 Jan. 1541/2. Burial in the church yard of Tyngreffe; to the high altar 4d.; to the mother church of Lincoln 4d.. He wishes to have a trental of masses in the parish church of Tyngreve for the souls of himself, and all Christians, said by an honest priest chosen by his curate. Testator owes William Godart 5 marks save 20d.. To wife Elzabeth the house and appurtenances for life, then they are to go to son German and his heirs, in default of heirs to Patrick Ponde and his heirs. To Patrick Ponde 11 sheep. One lamb at shearing time to Patrick Barn', Olyver Dyxe, and Margret Gylbe. Residue to wife Elzabeth. All his children are to have equal portions. Executors his wife Elzabeth and son German. Overseer William Ponde. Witnesses sir Patricke Lynton, William Ponde, Margret Buncker.
