    Folio 107 Elys Welde of Tyllysworth, husbandman, made 24 Dec. 1541, pr. 16 Jan 1541/2. Burial within the church of All Hallows in Tyllysworth "under the lamp before the Rode there thoys thre tapurs in the lampe shalbe Repared at my coste this present yere". To the church of Lincoln 4d.; to the lights before the Sacrament and before the Roode 6s. 8d.; to the upkeep of the bells 3s. 4d.; to the upkeep of the torches 6s. 8d.; to the high altar for tithes forgotten a bushel of barley; to the repairs of Tyllysworth church 20s.; to the church of Chalgrave 20s.; to the church of Badlysden 6s. 8d.. His executors are to expend £6 13s. 4d. on the high way between Puddill Hill Blocke and Catche Hill. To his son John Welde £6 13s. 4d., and this money to be in the keeping of Thomas Hebbes, testator's son-in-law, towards the keep of John Welde. To Thomas Hebbes and his wife Jone 53s. 4d. each. To the children of Thomas Hebbes, that is to say to Richard one ox; to Robert two oxen; to Thomas one bullock; to John one bullock; to Henry one bullock; to Agnes a heifer that has a white flank; to Joan a heifer; to Elzabeth a bullock. To his dau. Agnes Stocke his great pan. To the children of the said Agnes, that is to say to Edmund Hebbes [sic], Agnes Hebbes and Jelyan Hebbes 5s. each. To each godchild 12d.
