He wishes that some honest priest should sing for the souls of the testator and all Christians in the parish church of Marston for one whole year for £6 sterling. To the Rood light 2 bushel of barley; to the high altar in Marston church to be prayed for, a mass book. To the Home lane and the lane at Trinite Chapell 10s.; to Brode Water Brege and the Layne at the Wodd Ende 10s. To William Rede a cow that is at hire and 5 sheep and a weaned calf to each of his 3 children. To Richard Rede, testator's godchild, 20s.. To John Rede a heifer and 6 sheep, and after the death of testator's wife the best coffer and the best brass pan. To his dau. Alys the wife of William Rede 6s. 3d..
