    "I commend my soull unto Almeghtie god my creator and maker". Burial in the parish church yard next to her husband Richard Verdew; to the high altar 4d. and to every other altar 4d. each; to the bells 6d.; to the church a long towel drawn at both ends with blue thread for the Corpus Christi board. To the upkeep of the "furthered" of the causeway towards Cranefild 2s.. Residue to her cousin William Cuckow of Ronall and John Cowper of Temysford her neighbour, who are to be her executors, to use for the souls of herself, her husband and all Christians, each to have 20d. Witnesses William Ussher curate there, James Dingley, John Malteman of the same parish. From her goods her executors are to have masses sung for souls of testator, her husband and all Christians in the parish church. Witnesses John Salmon "minimo", Joanna the wife of William Sutton.
