Scope and Content
Burial in the church yard of Badlysden; to the mother church of Lincoln 4d.; to the high altar 2 bushel of barley; to the bells 3s. 4d..
To each of his 4 children a cow and a quarter of barley, and should any die, then their share to go to the survivors. To son Thomas testator's shod cart, but if Thomas die, then cart to go to son Nicholas.
Wife Elzabeth to have testator's house for her lifetime, then it is to go to her assigns.
Residue of goods to wife Elzabeth, executrix, and his Overseer to be Thomas Sutton.
