    "I bequeth my soull to Almeghtie god". Burial in the church yard of Northyevell; to the master and fellows of the college of Northyevell for tithes forgot 12d.; for a half trental to be sung for his soul 5s. and for a second half trental 5s.. To his wife Swanne 20 quarters of barley within 2 years of testator's death in recompense of her dowry and jointure which she ought to have of his lands after his death. To his son Water Parcell 3 of the best horses, 2 "hoved" steers, 1 heifer of 3 years old, 1 ewe, 1 pux ("pokes"). To his wife 3 of the best miche beasts, 2 oxen, 1 heifer of two years old, 2 ewes, 2 puxes, and all the moveables and household stuff and the goods she brought when he married her. To son Robert Parcell 2 of his best steers, 1 heifer, 1 sheep. To son James Parcell 2 young steers of one year of age or more, 1 cow, 2 sheep. To William Goodrige 1 sheep. To Jane Parcell dau. of William Parcell 2 sheep, and also 2 quarters of barley and a cow, which were given her by her father. To Jone Wilson dau. of Robert Wilson 1 sheep. To dau. Elzabeth Wilson half a quarter of barley. To dau. Alys Goodrige half a quarter of barley. To dau. Agnes Parcell a 2 year old heifer, and half a quarter of barley. To Robert Parsell son of John Parcell a year old calf and a sheep. To John son of John Parcell 1 sheep. To Swanne Parcell dau. of John Parcell 1 sheep. To son John Parcell a quarter of barley. Residue to go towards the payment of his debts, and to be used in deeds of charity, at the discretion of his wife and of John Carter of Beston, who are to be executors. Witnesses Nicholas Hardinge gent., John Harding, Richard Swynesto, John Carter, Thomas Warner. At a second declaration there were present Nicholas Hardinge, Richard Swynesto, William Flent, Geo. Warren, William Wood. Memorandum that on the last day of October Robert Parcell senior desired Nicholas Harding to be Supervisor, to whom 10s., and that John Carter should have 6s. 8d., and every godchild 4d..
