    Burial in the parish church yard of Dunstable. To the mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar of the parish church 4d.. To his eldest son John Typlady 40s.. To Jone Farle a quarter of malt. To his dau. Emme a spruce coffer, and a pair of sheets. To dau. Margret a cow. To eldest son John Typlady a horse price 20s.. To youngest son Thomas Typlady a quarter of malt. To youngest dau. Agnes a quarter of malt. To dau. Emme a quarter of malt. His youngest son Thomas and youngest dau. Agnes to be in the care of his wife. To wife Margret all the lands which belong to his houses, which are the one where testator dwells, and the other one next the lane, until testator's son John comes to the age of 24, when he is to have the house next the lane, and when his mother dies, he is to have both houses. Should both John and his mothe die, then son Thomas is to inherit them, and should Thomas die, then the property to descend to his sisters. Residue to wife Margret, executrix, and his supervisor to be William Cadington, and he is have 2s..
