"I comend my soull to Almeghty god my maker and Redemer". Burial in the church yard of Cadyngton, and to the high altar there 4d..
To Jone Yngland 2 bushel of wheat. To Thomas Osburn' testator's best sheep. To dau. Agnes 5 sheep; to dau. Jone 4 sheep; to dau. Elzabeth 2 sheep. To son Thomas an ambry, a calf and 3 sheep. To dau. Jone a coffer.
To wife Elyn for her life the house where testator lives, which she is to keep in good repair. To her also all his land in Cadington for 9 years; and all his lands in Flamsted until his son Thomas is of lawful age. To wife Elyn all goods and moveables not bequeathed elsewhere.
Should his son Thomas die without issue, then the properties to go to his daughters.
Executrix his wife Elyn.
