    Burial in the parish church of St. James of Pulloxhill. To the mother church of Lincoln 4d.; to the high altar of Pulloxhill 20d.; to the "reparations" of the body of the same church 6s. 8d.. To Thomas Wye son of testator's son Edward Wye all his lands and tenements in the parish of Luton, and also all his lands in Pulloxhill, except the house called Crannewelles and the pightle and close belonging to it, after the death of testator and his wife Jone. To George Wye (another son of testator's son Edward Wye) 2 houses with all the lands, meadows and appurtenances in Henlowe, after the death of testator and his wife Jone; also testator's house and land in Flytton after the death of testator and his wife Jone. To John Byrth (the son of testator's daughter Joan Byrth, the wife of Thomas Byrth) one house in Pulloxhill called Crannewelles and the pightle and close belonging to it, after the death of testator and his wife Jone. To his brother's son John Wy 20 sheep and 2 beasts after the deaths of testator and his wife. To kinsman John Spegyn' 20 sheep at the same time. To Agnes Byrth daughter of Jone Byrth a father bed and all that belongs to it. To his brother's daughter Jone Wye another feather bed. To servant Thomas Sternell 6 sheep and 2 quarters of barley. To maid servant Jone Olney 4 ewes and one quarter of barley. To every godchild 4d.. To maid servant Agnes Plant 2 sheep. Executors wife Jone and Henry Hurste (the latter to have 20s.).
