    Burial in the churchyard of Steventon. He bequeaths his complete shop to his son William, and each of William's three children to have an acre of barley, neither the best nor the worst. To his dau. Elene a cow. To Stafford bridge half a quarter of barley To each of his 3 daughters Rose, Elzabeth and Agnes a ewe, a lamb, and a quarter of barley, and if any die, the survivors to be their heirs. To goddaughter Elenor Clare 2 bushel of barley and to goddaughter Elzabeth Newghton a bushel of barley. To Mare Morrys a bushel of barley. To Elzabeth Shene a bushel of barley. To Steventon Sepulchre light a bushel of barley. To his two servants John Wright and William Wright 2 bushel of barley each "yff they be good to there Dame". To sir Thomas Morys 5s. to sing half a trental for the testator. Residue to wife Jone. Executors wife Jone and son William, with Richard Clare as Overseer.
