    Burial in the church yard of Eton [Socon]. To the high altar 2s. 8d.; to the church of Eton half a quarter of malt; to the Brotherhood half a quarter of malt. To his son Richard 2 milch beasts, 10 sheep, 6 quarter of barley, one ox. To his son John 1 milch cow, a bullock, an ox, 10 sheep and 6 quarter of barley. To dau. Margret 2 beasts, 10 sheep, 2 quarter of barley and 5 marks in money on the day of her marriage. To his sister Alys 6 sheep and 2 quarter of barley. To his brother Robert the best coat, a quarter of barley, and to each of his children a sheep. To Margret Weche a bushel of wheat and a bushel of malt. To William Breten a bushel of malt. To Robert King one sheep. To Richard Edes the younger a bushel of wheat and a bushel of malt. To every poor household in Staplo and Hunnydon a peck of wheat and another of malt. Each of his children to be the heir of the others if one should happen to die before they are marriage. Should they all die before marriage, then one half of his property to be sold to hire a priest for as long as the money lasts to sing for the souls of the children, the testator and all their friends. The other half is to go to his wife, whom he makes executrix, together with his brother William Gray, his executor, to whom testator leaves his buckskin doublet and 6s. 8d..
