    Burial in the church of Our Lady of Goldington; to the high altar for tithes forgotten 12d.; to the church of Lincoln 4d.; to the bells 2s.. To John Osburn 20s.; to Robert Osburn 20s.. To Elen Wake 20s.; and to Thomas Wake her son 20s.. Dame Anne Weste is to pay according to the agreement between her and Thomas Samson 6s. 8d.. £6 is to be given in alms at his burial. A priest is to sing for him and his friends for a year, and Master Canoo shall do it for 8 marks. His executor is to use the residue for soul of testator. Executor Thomas Wake; Master sir John [?]Burns is to be Overseer. Witnesses sir Henry Dyckes, William Filde, William Byrde, John Wodward.
