    Burial in the church yard of Arlesey; to the high altar there 6s. 8d.; to the Sepulchre light 3s. 4d.; to the torch light 3s. 4d.; to the bells 20d.; to rough casting of the church 3s. 4d.; to repairing the highways in the town of Arlesey 13s. 4d.. To his father and mother £3 6s. 8d.; to his sister Agnes 6s. 8d. and a "cownter" table. To his brother Thomas 2 copyholdings in Arlesey, one called late John Williams containing half a yard land with appurts. together with Andrewes which is a cottage and a garden and 3 roods of land; and the other copyholding was late called Peter Phillippes and contains by estimation 40 acres of land; to have them both after the deaths of the testator and his father, to hold to him and his heirs, charged with a yearly obit in Arlysey for the souls of the testator, his father and mother and all Christians, of the value of 3s. 4d. annually. To his brother Thomas and his heirs all his lands and tenements in Cawdwell both freehold and copyhold, except that the testator's wife Joane is to have the copyhold called Gogens for the term of her life, with reversion to testator's brother Richard Baldocke and his heirs. His wife Joan is to have the remainder of the lease of a farm held of Master Tannefilde, and should she die before the end of the lease, then the remaining years to go to testator's brother Richard. To his brother Richard Baldocke and his heirs the testator's two copyholdings which he bought of Lawrence Waller, provided Richard pay the rest of the malt due to Waller for them. To every godchild a sheep and a bushel of barley. To his maiden servant Agnes Yonglove a cow. To Thomas Mortetymere two pair of sheets. His wife Jone is to have 3 trentals done in Arlesey church for the health of the souls of the testator and all Christians. Residue to wife Joan to use for the souls of the testator, and she to be executrix, and his brother Richard Bardocke to be executor with her, and he to have 6s. 8d.. Overseer John Baldocke, to whom 6s. 8d.. Witnesses Thomas Kyrke the elder, Thomas Baldocke, Richard Kyrke, William Pytman vicar.
