To son John Frear 2 ewe sheep. To son Thomas Frear 2 ewe sheep and a bullock, price 6s. 8d.. To dau. Elzabeth 2 ewe sheep and a bullock price 6s. 8d.. To dau. Alys 2 ewe sheep. To his godchildren 16d.. To dau. Kateryng 2 ewe sheep. To dau. Margret 2 ewe sheep. Residue to his wife Agnes Frear, who is to be his executrix. Overseers Richard Newman and William Leche. Will To his wife Agnes for her life his cottage with the close lying with it in Broughton, then to his son John Frear and the heirs of his body, in default to son Thomas Frear and the heirs of his body, in default the property is to be sold by his executors and the money divided between his 4 daughters then living.
