To his daughter Anne toward her marriage £20 to be paid by his executrix at two several times, that is £10 on the day of her marriage, and £10 that day twelve month.
Should Anne die before her marriage, any money unpaid to be used by executrix for souls.
To wife Joan the house where he lives for the remainder of the term of his lease, should she live so long, but if she should die before the end of the lease, or if she ceases to live in the house and keep it in sufficient repair according to the tenor of the lease, then the property to go to his dau. Anne or her children.
