Scope and Content
Burial in the church yard of Harlington. To the high altar for tithes forgotten 20d.; to the mother church of Lincoln 4d.; to the Sepulchre light 20d.; to the bells 12d..
To his wife, while she remains single, a house.
To his wife 5 acres of barley, 5 acres of pease, a featherbed, 2 platters, a kettle, a brass pot, 2 sheets.
To his burial day, his month's day and his year day 30s., that is 10s. each day.
He surrenders his copyholding into the hands of Richard Tufnall and John Ryngsted to the use of his son Thomas.
To his son George £10, an acres of barley, an acres of pease. The £10 is to be paid at certain days of payment, if they be able. Son Thomas is to pay son George at the first payment £5, and the residue to be paid when they are able.
