    Burial in the church or church yard of Potton. To his father Richard Manley all the goods, corn and cattle he has "in Bedfordshyre or ellys where within the Reame of Yngland", except for the lands and tenements he bought of Aland Daland yeoman in Potton, which he leaves to his daughter Cecile Manley and her heirs, in default of heirs, this property is to go to testator's brother Henry Manley. The testator's father is to have the use of the land in the meantime, paying the money that is behind to Aland Daland. All household stuff to be divided by his father, and half to go to his dau. Cecile and the rest to testator's brothers and sisters; sir William Manley is to have a feather bed, and his sister Agnes to have testator's wife's violet furred gown and a kirtle of black chamblet. Testator's sister Elzabeth is to have his wife's black furred gown, and his brother John to have have testator's "fryse" frieze coat. To Agnes Plummer a stone mortar. To the high altar of Potton 12d.; to the bells there 12d.. To his brother sir William Manley "one voysen' " lying in testator's chest at Temysford. To his uncle Thomas Marten "a curtall gylding" (presumably a gelding). Residue to his father, who is to be executor. Witnesses sir Thomas Fetherston vicar, sir Ambrose Master, T. Carter, T. Matyner.
