    Burial in church yard of Kempston. To the mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar in Kempston 4d.; half a trental of masses to be performed in Kempston church immediately after his death, as many as possible on the day of his burial, and 15 dozen bread to be distributed to the poor people on the day of his burial, both to be done for the souls of the testator and all Christians. 8d. each to be given to the Sepulchre light, the Rood light, the upkeep of the bells and for the maintenance of the torches. To the repair of Bullys Lane 12d.. To daughter Elen 2 kine; to daughter Agnes a cow. To son Thomas 2 steers and 2 kine; and a copyhold called Rossells which testator holds of Master Gray, and for which the surrender is in the hands of William Newolde to the use of Thomas. The residue of his copyholdings to his son Regenalde according to the custom of the town. Should either son die without issue, each to be the heir of the other. His wife Alys is to remain in his house for the term of her life.Residue to wife Alys, executrix, with William Newolde executor, and he to have 6s. 8d..
