Draft codicil to the will of Henry Whitley Smith - Declaration that this is a codicil to the will dated 11th Nov 1901. - Revoking bequest of £3000 and residue after death of wife and declaration that the said sum should be divided to sister Margaret and the other half in equal shares between brothers John, Charles and sister Katherine. - Revoking legacy of £1000 to Margaret and declaring that the sum should be taken into calculation in making the above divisions. Witnessed by Frederic Tanqueray, solicitor of Woburn and Ernest Herbert his clerk.
