Webster Brown, principal clerk of the Estate Duty Office to Alfred Tanqueray concerning death duty matters and Austin Warren deceased… 'I write to say that in view of the provisions of section 41 of the Customs and Inland Revenue Act 1881, the death on the 3rd day of November last of Susanna Warren, has not given rise to any claim for duty under the will of the above named deceased in respect of the termination of her life-interest in the funds subject to the trusts thereof.'
