    Appointment of new trustees for the will of Mr. Austin Warren deceased. (A second appointment is recorded on reverse). Appointment dated 30 Oct 1900: Parties: (i) George Franklin Jefferson of Brandon, Manitoba, Dominion of Canada, farmer. (ii) Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn, Beds, solicitor & Thomas Warren of 175 Tottenham Court Road, London, restaurant proprietor. Reciting: - Will of Austin Warren dated 3rd Jan 1878 whereby William Langley and George Franklin Jefferson were appointed executors and trustees. - Austin Warren died on the 26th March 1885 and his will was proved on the 8th July 1885 at the Northampton District Registry. - Said William Langley died in Jan 1899 and was buried at Tingrith. - (i) wishes to be discharged from acting as executor and trustee to the said will. - Property subject to the trusts of the said will now consists of the mortgage debt, stock, shares and securities specified in the schedule below. Operative: - (i) appoints (ii) to be trustees of the said will in place of himself. Schedule referred to: The sum of £1200 invested upon mortgage of leasehold property at Penge in the County of Surrey; The sum of £1248/15/7 consolidated £2 ¾ per cent annuities and six shares in the Fenny Stratford Gas Light and Coke Company Ltd. Witnessed by G.B. Coleman, notary public of Brandon Manitoba. Appointment dated 11th Dec 1908 Parties: (i) Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn, Beds, solicitor. (ii) Austin Warren of Westoning, Beds, farmer. Reciting: - Thomas Warren died on the 16th Nov 1908. Operative: (i) appoints (ii) to be the new trustee of the will of Austin Warren, deceased in place of Thomas Warren. Schedule Referred to: £1248/15/7 £2 ½ per cent (reduced) consolidated stock; £1202/16/9 £3 per cent London County Consolidated Stock and six shares in the Fenny Stratford Gas Light and Coke Company Ltd. Witnessed by Charles Alseberg(?) and Charles Herbert, clerks to F.T. Tanqueray, Woburn, Beds.
