Probate of the will of Austin Warren of Tingrith, Beds, coachman. - Appointing William Langley of Tingrith, farmer & George Franklin Jefferson of Westoning, Beds, farmer executors and trustees. Give: - £500 to executors for proving this will. - All household furniture and effects to wife Susannah. Devise and Bequeath: - All estates to executors upon certain trusts outlined. Direct: - Executors to sell personal estate and with the proceeds pay debts and pay wife a legacy of £25. Residue to be invested in stocks or property upon trust that any income is to be paid to wife during her life and after her decease or marriage again in trust for all my sons and daughters who have attained the age of 21 or daughters who have married. Witnessed by Henry Thomas Hall and Charles Herbet, clerks to J.T. Green, solicitor of Woborn. Will extracted by J.T. Green. Attached: Probate Affidavit confirming the death of Austin Warren on the 26th March 1885 and a verification of the account of the said estate amounting to a gross value of £2945/9/1.
