Reciting: - Mortgage dated 1st Oct 1903 (see HN10/361/Cook5) and made between (1) Hannah Cook and (2) (i). - Hannah Cook died on the 12th Apr 1904 and (ii) were executors and trustees of her will (proved 22nd Nov 1904). Operative: In consideration of the £1150 owed on the recited mortgage (i) reconveys (a) to (ii). Property: (a) Messuages, cottages and land at Steppingley. - See HN10/361/Cook5 for plan of the property coloured in pink and brief schedule. - See HN10/361/Cook6 for a more detailed description of the property comprised in the schedule. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (ii) subject to trusts outlined and declared in the will of Hannah Cook. Witnessed by Francis Smith, clerk to Mr. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor.
