Also improved ground rent of £12 per annum charged on No. 53 Clarendon Road; - Sydenham: No. 40, 52, 56, 48, 56a, 53, 51, 49, 47, 39, 37, 35, 29, 19, 17 & 15 and piece of land in Longton Grove, Sydenham, Roxbury, Dunravens and Whitley Houses in Anerley Road, Penge; - Ampthill, Beds: 3 acres of land near the workhouse let to various tenants; - Ampthill, Flitwick & Steppingley, Beds: 15 acres of land let to Edgar Edwards; - Aspley Guise, Beds: 2 villas at Woodside let to Mrs Orchard and Mrs Low; - Bracebridge, Lincoln: 2 and a half acres let to Twells & Sleightholme; - Little Brickhill, Bucks: 4 cottages occupied by Stevenson and others; - Wootton, Beds: Wootton Green Farm in Wootton and Marston - allotments, gardens and cottages.
