Reciting: - (i) out of court surrenders (a) to the lord of the manor and unto (ii). - (i) is bound by £400 to perform the covenants outlined in the recited surrender. Property: (a) Several customary cottages or tenements with appurtenances situated in Biggleswade and part of the said manor which are now in the several occupations of the said William Carrington, John Hind and Thomas Carter.
