Title
Draft Further Charge Parties: (i) Thomas Carr of Dunstable, licensed victualler. (ii) Morris & Company (Ampthill) Ltd. Reciting: - Supplemental to mortgage dated 23rd Dec 1912 (see draft at HN10/367/Carr10) whereby (ii) borrowed Â£1400 to (i) and the Sugarloaf Hotel was conveyed as security for repayment. - Â£1400 and interest is still owing to (ii). - Lease dated 25th Jan 1913 between (1) Trustees of Jane Carts Charity and (2) (i) whereby the Sugarloaf Hotel was demised unto (2) for the term of 10 years subject to the rent and covenants stated within. Operative: Further charge of Â£100 was granted to (i) supplemental to Â£1400 granted on the 23rd Dec 1912. (i) grants (a) to (ii) as security for repayment. (a) Hereditaments, premises and the benefit of the covenants contained in the lease dated 25th Jan 1913 . Habendum: Unto (ii) for the residue of the term of ten years subject to the usual mortgage provisos for redemption as stated in HN10/367/Carr10. Witnessed by R. Hobourn of Woburn, solicitor.
