Reciting: - Will of Francis 7th Duke of Bedford dated 7th May 1861 giving his trustees (iii) limited power in trust to buy and sell freehold and leasehold estates. - In virtue of the same will (ii) is now tenant for life and any exercise of the power (iii) has in accordance with the same will requires his consent. - Francis died on the 14th May 1861. - (iii) are present trustees of this will and (i) is the present vicar of Millbrook Parish Church. - Board of agriculture & fisheries on the 24th May 1913 approved to the sale of (a) for £628 subject to the sale commencing within 12 months. Operative: In consideration of £628 (i) with the consent of the Board of Agriculture conveys (a) to (iii). Land (See attached plan) (a) Pieces or parcels of glebe land containing 13a 3r 13p in Millbrook. Bounded on E and W by road [Sandhill Close]. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (iii) subject to the said trusts contained in the will of Francis 7th Duke of Bedford.
