Jones stating his intention to apply to the Board of Agriculture for an approval of sale in accordance with the Glebe Land Act 1888. - Statement of anticipated advantages resulting from the said sale…'The land, which is grass land, is let for £20 gross, and if it becomes unlet a less rent will have to be taken. It is not essential to the enjoyment of the living, and from its description and situation it is not likely to increase in value. If sold, the living would be augmented by the increased income derived from the purchase money.' - Schedule of proposed Glebe land to be sold which consists of 4 pieces of pasture land containing together 13a 2r 30p.
