Reciting: - (ii) was incorporated on 2nd Jul 1907. - Conveyance (trust deed) dated 11th Jul 1907 between (ii) & (i) whereby (ii) conveyed (a) to (i) upon certain trusts by way of security for debentures. (i) subsequently held certain powers of sale. - Certain debentures referred to are now outstanding. Operative: In consideration of £150 (i) and (ii) conveys (a) to (iii) Land (See attached plan) (a) Piece of land situate at East End, Flitwick of around 1a 2r & 6p having frontage to main road and adjoining the Crown Inn [off junction of Station Road & Maulden Road], with a return frontage to Gravel Pit Lane.
