Draft Conveyance Parties: (i) Joseph Goodman, farmer and John Goodman, schoolmaster both of Eversholt, Beds. (ii) James Ernest Goodman of Eversholt, farmer. Reciting: - Will of Thomas Goodman (see HN10/367/Goodman4) leaving land and property to (i) to be held in trust for his wife Ann Goodman. After her decease the land was to be sold by (i). - TG died on the 15th Feb 1879 and AG died on the 7th Sep 1911. Operative: In consideration of £190 (i) conveys (a) to (ii) (a) Four cottages with outbuildings and gardens at Brook End, Eversholt now in the occupation of Mrs. Jeffrey, Mr. E. Oakley, Miss Fleckney and Mr. Edward Seagrave. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (ii). Witnessed by William Goodman of Eversholt, farmer.
