(Recital I) Will of Thomas Goodman of the Parish of Eversholt, Beds, farmer dated 13th Feb 1879 whereas he gave in trust to his two sons Joseph & John Goodman all his freehold estate to be held during the lifetime of wife Ann Goodman for her sole and separate use and benefit and no part of this freehold property should be sold or mortgaged until the decease of the said wife. (Recital II) Thomas Goodman died on the 15th Feb 1879. (Rectial III) Will was proved on the 2nd Feb 1880. (Recital IV) Ann Goodman died on the 7th Sep 1911.
