Steers a legacy of £20 for carrying out trusts provided that he takes out probate and acts as a trustee. - Bequeathing all household effects to daughter Emily Allen. - Devise all cottages, yards and buildings at Ampthill and Flitwick unto my trustees in trust to receive rents and use the same for the maintenance and benefit of Emily Allen. - All residue of personal and real estate after death of Emily to son G.H. Allen, but if dead equally between his children who have reached the age of 21. Witnessed by R. Hobourn of Woburn, solicitor and John Pilgrim of Toddington, wheelwright. Handwritten codicil dated 4th Dec 1913… 'I bequeath to Mary Emily Hulatt the legacy or sum of £20 free of duty'.
