(b) Right and easement for laying pipes for the purpose of carrying water away from the Reservoir. Habendum: To the use of (iv) in fee simple. Covenants: - When new water pipe has been fitted, (iv) will supply the occupiers of the vicarage. - Land coloured red on the plan should be used for no other reason than a water pipe and (iv) will be liable for any costs or damages which shall occur from these developments.
