Draft will of William Midworth of 'Homelands', Turvey, Beds. I appoint: My wife Ellen Jane Midworth; Frederick Thomas Tanqueray and Robert Hobourn to be my executors and trustees. I give: To my EJM: all household effects at 'Homelands', my horse carriage and any monies that may be standing in credit on my bank account. £25 each to FTT and RH. I devise: All residue of real or personal estate unto my trustees upon trust to retain or invest any monies to my wife during her life and after equally between my three children: Richard Midworth, Nelly Midworth and Cyril Midworth.
