    Correspondence relating to the failure of Mr. Ernest Edward Tysoe to pay rent for cottage no.41 Pinfold Pond at Woburn to the Duke of Bedford Estates. Including: - Letter dated 6 Nov 1911 from Mrs. E. Tysoe of Model Farm, Little Brickhill, Bucks to Charles Pell Hall (agent for the Duke of Bedford) apologising for being unable to pay rent. - Copy letters dated 8th Nov 1911and 18th Dec 1911 from Charles Pell Hall to Mr. E. Tysoe requesting immediate payment of rent: 'I must ask you to pay the rent you now owe for the cottage you recently left at Pinfold Pond at once'. - Letter dated 29th Jan 1912 from Charles Pell Hall of Park Farm Office, Woburn to F.T. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor placing the question of collecting Mr Tysoe's rent into the solicitors hand: 'I think you should demand your costs from him when you write and tell him that they will be considerably increased if we have to put him into the County Court'.
