Agreement Parties: (i) David Joshua Appleton of Woburn, butler, Beds. (ii) Arthur Walter Wood of Chelmsford, Essex, decorator. Agreement: - (i) agrees to sell (a) to (ii) for £400 whereas £40 shall be paid as deposit now and the remaining balance to Frederic Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor by 31st Mar next. - (ii) has until 31st Mar next to state any objections and requisitions of title relating to the proposed purchase and conveyance of (a).
