Draft Conveyance Parties: (i) Sir Walter Roper Lawrence of 22 Sloane Gardens, London; Honourable Victor Alexander Frederick Villiers Russell of 17 Hornton Street, Campden Hill, London. (ii) Most Noble Herbrand Arthur 11th Duke of Bedford. (iii) Anthony Henry Wingfield of Ampthill House, Ampthill, Beds, esquire. Reciting: - Will of Francis 7th Duke of Bedford dated 7th May 1861 whereby after making certain devises for his estate in Ireland and Newmarket he gave, devised and appointed all his freehold and copyhold manors and all residue of his real estate to his trustees upon the trusts stipulated in his will. - Francis 7th Duke of Bedford died on the 14th May 1861 and (i) are the present trustees of his will. - By the same will, (ii) is tenant for life of (a) and (i) must receive his permission to convey the land. Operative: In consideration of £1 from (iii) to (i), (i) with consent of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii). (a) All that the Manor or Lordship (or reputed manor or lordship) of Maulden, Beds with all manorial rents and rights belonging. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (iii).
