Draft Conveyance Parties: (i) Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn, Beds, gentleman and Henry Bacchus and George Croxton Walker both of Bedford, gentlemen. (ii) Morris & Co. (Ampthill) Ltd whose registered office is at Ampthill, brewers. (iii) Frederick James Smith of Lower Shelton, Marston Moretaine, Beds. Reciting: - Indenture dated 11th Jul 1907 between (1) (ii) (2) (i) whereby the directors of (1) issued a series of 1200 mortgage debentures of 50 each bearing interest of 4/10/- and conveyed (a) unto (2). - Any purchase money from the sale of the mortgages property at (a) must be received by (i) as trustees. Operative: In consideration of 10 (i) conveys (a) (and (ii) confirms as beneficial owner) to (iii). Property: (See 2 attached plans) Piece or parcel of ground at Marston Moretaine coloured pink on the attached plan. Near the pond opposite the Chequers Inn, Marston Moretaine and just off the Marston Shelton to Marston road. Habendum: To hold unto and to the use of (iii) Covenants: - (iii) to maintain a sufficient fence and will forthwith fill up level and make good for garden purposes the whole of the pond marked on the said plan.
