(iii) Gertrude Annie Allen of Toddington, spinster. Reciting: - (i) has for many years carried on the business of a painter decorator and plumber at Toddington in co-partnership with his father William Allen which partnership has recently been dissolved and the stock, trade, books and debts etc. are now the sole property of (i). - (ii) and (iii) have for many years helped (i) and his business and (i) has agreed to take them into co-partnership. Agreement by (i), (ii) and (iii): - The partnership as from 1st Jan 1914 to be carried on at Toddington under the firm of Allen and Sons. - Partners must give three months notice to dissolve partnership. - Partners to devote whole time to the business and neither, directly or indirectly engage in other business. - Proper books and accounts to be kept. - (i) to be entitled to interest after the rate of 5 per centum per annum for all monies he may bring into the business. - No partner shall draw out of the partnership any money for his own use without consent of the other partners.
