Agreement Parties: (i) Frederick Hart of the Bedford Arms, Woburn, Beds, hotel proprietor. (ii) Robert Thomas Hammond of Woburn Sands, Buckinghamshire. Terms of agreement: (1) (i) agrees to sell and (ii) agrees to buy all fittings, furniture of use or ornament in and about Bedford Arms Hotel, Woburn including the tap and all other property of (i) used in connection with the business at such sum as shall be ascertained by a valuation and this amount is to be paid to Harry Ball (agent to (i)). (2) (ii) to take possession and pay rent. (3) Valuation to be carried out by Harry Ball, Bedford and George Payne, Dunstable. (4) (i) to transfer license to (ii).
