Letter from Robert Thomas Hammond relating to the Sale and proposed new tenancy of the Bedford Hotel, Woburn'Mr Hart says the brewery has not the sole selection of tenant, Mr Hart claims equal rights. Mr Hart wants the best offer for the hotel as it stands and does not wish [val] he has created from a bankrupt hotel a considerable clientele and also has had to put up with great inconvenience in redecorations which has now a value from a tenants point of view, these matters he has been advised he has a claim to [page missing] Mr Hammond has viewed the hotel premises and is prepared to take over the effects now'.
