Letter from A.C. Palmer & Co. to F.T. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor relating to enquiries they have made into the lease on property at Aylesbury Street, Fenny Stratford 'we are informed there is no lease at present, the tenancy being simply a yearly one. Mr Warren also tells us that the original lease was granted to the North Bucks Press Co Ltd who transferred their business, and the unexpired portion of the lease to Mr. A. Warren in 1897. When this lease expired a fresh one was granted to Mr. A. Warren, but expired some 4 or 5 years ago, and was not renewed'.
