Press Company', Newspaper Proprietor has been declared bankrupt and gives notice for the first meeting of the creditors and the public examination of the debtor. - Summary of Mr. Warren's financial statement of affairs; liabilities vs. assets; one liability included is ' 1 creditor for rent, recoverable by distress' - 14/7/6. - Observations on the whole case given by Alfred Owen, Bridge Street, Official Receiver, Northampton, including 'Mr Warren (age 47) commenced business 11 years ago with a free capitol of 50. He purchased the paper (North Bucks. Press) from a company for 350, payable by instalments which have, he says, been met with great difficulty, partly by borrowing money which he now owes, This made him very short of available capitol, and he states that he never had sufficient money to properly conduct and finance the paper.
