    Letter from Andrew Daugueray, manager of Morris & Company (Ampthill) Ltd to F.T. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor relating to the possibility of making claims against North Bucks Printing Press for rent and dilapidations, the snag being that North Bucks Printing Press have recently filed for bankruptcy and the original lease was granted in 1900 and expired in 1905, however, no notice was given and the premises have continued to be held on a yearly tenancy subject to the terms of the 1900 lease at HN10/372/Morris2. Includes a note that Whitelock is prepared to give up possession of Cock Inn, Wing and Mr Chapman should be thanked for his services at Volunteer Inn, Luton.
