Drawn up by Halse, Trustram and Co. of 61 Cheapside, London: - Sarah Ann Mann of Hockliffe claims to be entitled to the residuary personal estate of John James Reynal Adams deceased and entitled for her life to Mr. Adam's real estate. - Groom Cooper Bunker of Rochcliffe, farmer claims to be entitled for his life in remainder expectant on the death of SAM to the said real estate. - Sarah Bunker of Hockliffe, infant and spinster claims to be entitled for her life on the death of SAM and GCB to the said real estate. (See will of JJRA at HN10/372/Adams1) - Appearance to be entered to this summons issued by (i) both of Woburn, solicitors for the determination of the following questions: - Whether the parts of Clipstone Farm, Hockcliffe Mr. Adam's contracted to sell should be treated as being converted into personal estate at the date of his death? - Whether all or any of the said proceeds of the sale ought to be applied towards the payment and discharge of two mortgages that was owing at the time of the death of Mr. Adams.
